0. Data operator

The data processing operator is Nova Solutions Group LLC, operating under the HSE.KG brand. This policy applies to the hse.kg website, the request form, and all Telegram bots in the ecosystem.

1. What data we process

On the website. When you submit a request through the form, we process the name, phone number, email, selected service, and message text that you provide.

In the Telegram bots. We may process the text of your queries, voice messages (converted to text), photos of sites and violations, as well as basic Telegram profile data (ID, username).

2. Purposes of processing

Data from website requests is used to process your inquiry, contact you, and provide the requested service (document packages, organizational and technical documentation, specialist outsourcing, consulting and audit, training). Data from the bots is used to generate the requested documents (checklists, instructions, letters, acts) and to answer questions about the regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Storage

The content of bot queries is stored only in technical logs for debugging and is deleted no later than 30 days. Request data is retained for the period necessary to contact you and fulfill the contract. Your data is not used to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Data is not disclosed to third parties, except for providers of cloud infrastructure, automation services, and AI services required for the operation of the website and bots, to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data and its deletion by writing to support@hse.kg.
