1. About the service

HSE.KG (Nova Solutions Group LLC) is an ecosystem of products and services for occupational safety, industrial safety, and ecology in Kyrgyzstan. It includes SaaS agents (Telegram bots) and contracted services: document packages, organizational and technological documentation (OTD/PPR), specialist outsourcing, consulting and audit, as well as training.

Using artificial intelligence and a database of the regulatory acts of Kyrgyzstan, the Telegram bots generate occupational safety documents: checklists, instructions, letters, enforcement acts, and also answer questions about the regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Contracted services

Services (document packages, OTD/PPR, specialist outsourcing, consulting and audit, training) are provided on the basis of a request and a concluded contract. The scope of work, timelines, cost, and payment terms are determined individually and recorded in the contract. Submitting a request through the website does not constitute a public offer.

3. Limitation of liability

Documents are generated by AI and are drafts. Have the content and regulatory references reviewed by a qualified specialist before use. The platform is not responsible for the use of generated materials.

4. Bot pricing and limits

Each bot provides 10 free generations (up to 50 in total). A subscription costing 1,000 KGS/month removes the limits across all 5 bots. Payment is made through the @payment_hse_kg_bot bot using methods available in Kyrgyzstan.

5. Refunds

For refunds of bot subscription payments, contact support@hse.kg within 7 days of payment. Refund terms for services provided under a contract are determined by the respective contract.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
